On sale Wolverine 1960s Tin Litho Doll House

on sale Wolverine Tin Litho Dollhouse has brick and white siding with green shutters. Window panes and door frame are plastic. Interior tin walls are missing. Someone installed two fiberboard walls. Front door is missing. There are some rust spots on the kitchen wall and a green paint spot on the living room floor.

I have been told this is a Wolverine brand dollhouse, but can find no brand marks on the house.

House measures 15-1/2 inches from ground to peak of roof. House is 10” wide and 21-1/2” long.
