on sale These adorable Blue Heron earrings were hand cut from a coin minted in the country of Malawi from 1971 - 1995. This coin has quickly become one of our top sellers in our bird line. The Blue Heron is a beautiful bird and fun to watch hanging out in the water. I see them occasionally from my water view shop window and always take time out to watch them. This is the first time we are offering them in sterling silver as earrings. We had many requests to offer them in earrings and am real happy to finally have them in our line. The design is pretty simple with a Heron standing in the water with reeds surrounding it. The earrings are a great size measuring 7/8" in diameter and are very light to wear. They come mounted on sterling silver french ear wires of high quality.
