2. Individual Cutouts - NO STANDS, or you can add the stands needed for your event.
If you choose this option, please be very careful as we are not responsible for any user errors.

(Cutouts and Stands will now be shipped separately in 2 packages. Which may not arrive on the same day.)

Our Cutouts are professionally printed directly on high quality 4mm polypropylene coroplast (corrugated plastic).
This material is great because it is very lightweight but very resistant and durable. It's also waterproof so it is perfect to use outdoors.

We will be shipping your cutouts & stands in 2 seperate packages which may not arrive on the same day, but within a day or 2 apart.

CUSTOMIZING

All products in our collection can be edited. Please let us know if you would like to change the wording, coloring, or any minor design adjustments. Each correction requires additional turnaround time.
If you need changes bigger than these or if you need a design that's not in our collection, you can contact us with your idea and we'll see if it's doable.

ORDERING PROCESS

Select a lawn stakes or indoor display stands that you want from the on sale drop down menu.

- Enter the requested customizing instructions on the personalization box.
Most of the time we are working at full capacity so we ship out first the orders with prior event dates, and arrange the rest to make sure everyone can enjoy a frame at their party.

- The usual processing time is 3 business days + 2-3 days for shipping.

- You'll receive a digital proof within 24 hours of checkout.
It's VERY important that you check your Etsy inbox, not answering or approving proofs on time WILL CAUSE DELAYS.
