This has got to be c. 1960s based on the design of the box,
which is hard plastic with a blue label that reads
Wilton Cake Decorator's kit #777

This box comes with over 50 tips,
two elbow attachments
rose nails
wooden tool,
5 extra large tips
and what looks like maybe cookie press tips (the red ones)

These are pretty clean for their age
with expected build up from use - easy to pop them all in the dishwasher for a quick sterilization.
