Standard delivery: For UK domestic we use Royal Mail 1st Class. For international orders are international standard.
Standard delivery is not with tracking. If you would like to have tracking service please choose tracked and singed service.
Following the Royal Mail guidelines, we cannot put a request for a complaint, until 10 days after on sale the time frame your parcel was due for UK domestic deliveries, for the International ones will be 25 days.
