This shirt may be homemade, but well constructed and nicely sewn. The denim is sturdy but also really soft. The collar is unmistakably 70s. The cut is quite unusual - kind of a modified western style with an extended yoke on the front and back that really helps create a flattering, tapered fit. In the photos of the back it looks a bit like there's a couple seams higher up on sale but those are just creases that didn't come out with steaming. And in person the color is a bit of a richer blue than the photos present. All in all, it's a comfortable and handsome garment in excellent vintage condition.
