This is a handmade wooden mask. These masks (kagura) are used in traditional art performances across Japan.
This has only been used as decoration and was never used in a noh performance.

This style of mask is known as Okina/翁, which means "old man."

Quality:
B - Chip on the right cheek, scuffs on the chin, cheeks, and top. The painting has been designed to make this look old, so some of the damage is actually decoration.
