We can cut custom designs!
Do you need custom signage or on sale have a special design? Provide us with the DXF file and we can begin the process!

Right now we do not offer the design work, we will only cut the files provided to us. If you have a design in mind we suggest using a graphic designer to help bring your vision to life. We can help with minor adjustments.

Our typical materials are listed below, but we can accommodate your design needs - whether it be a specific metal material or powder coat color.

Material:
Our standard thickness is 1/8" Aluminum,
But 3/16" or thicker is available.
Aluminum is a lightweight metal. It's resistant to heat and does not rust or corrode. It will hold up well under normal wear and tear.

Powder Coat:
Powder coating is process that uses an oven to cure powdered paint to metal. This offers long term durability and protection against chipping or flaking. Our powder coat is weather resistant against freezing temperatures, scorching hot environments and is UV resistant!

***When trying to decide on the installation process it's best to use a contractor.***

Mounting Options:
- Face Mounting:
We'll add holes along the border. You would then attach the panel with screws to your desired surface.
We don't supply the hardware but black screws can be purchased from Amazon or your local hardware store. (We make the mounting holes 0.24" in diameter).

Stand-Off Mounting Hardware:
Perfect for wall art! This hardware will also raise the panel about 1" off the wall.
Let us know if you will be using stand-off mounting hardware so we can make the appropriate sized holes along the border. The hardware can be purchased off Amazon, here is the link!

If no mounting preference is specified in the sellers notes at checkout we will leave the panel with a 1" to 2” border and no mounting holes.

Folded Edges:
Great for wall art or side mounting!
The edges are bent at a 90 giving the panel about 1" of depth or 1" flanges for mounting.
We can add pre drilled mounting holes along the folds for customers looking to mount the panels by their sides.

Returns:
All of our panels are cut to order. Therefore we do not offer returns.
If your panel arrives damaged please document with pictures and contact us ASAP so we can make things right. We always ship our panels with shipping insurance so please document any damages to the packaging upon arrival and make a note on your delivery receipt!

Care:
Just a garden hose is all you need to remove ordinary dirt build up. Mild non abrasive soap and a non abrasive cloth followed with a water rinse can be used for more stubborn grime.
