Just needs that tlc I just dont have,would be so much fun for a beginner pr a pro!Fresh batteries it would be a blast.It is brand new,but due to the nature-no return-no refund.Its a good deal!!Has all paperwork.with shipping on me,ya cant go wrong!enjoy.
