HOW IT WORKS, IN 3 STEPS:

1. Complete your order and send me the photo you have chosen, with a sufficient size and good resolution, so I can see all the details on sale. Also tell me if you want the gift card with "seal in wax-lacquer" closure.

2. I will make the copy from the photograph you have sent me, and within 3-5 working days the portrait I have created for you will be packed and ready for shipment.

3. Shipping to Italy is by express courier (with traceability).
For Europe and other countries with a "recommended" mode of Italian Post Office (with traceability), so you can track the shipment online.

I know that this entails a more expensive shipping expense, which you definitely don't like, but it is necessary for a product born of many hours of manual work, made to measure, unique and personalized.
I am sure that a low-cost (untracked) ordinary shipment that should be lost would result in far worse discontent.
I chose to protect your precious purchase with a safe shipment, motivating you what drove me to do it.
