on sale Not every photography trip can be sunsets and spectacular vistas, especially if you're a storm spotter. This photograph was taken in rural Wisconsin the summer or 2020 while I was keeping an eye on some thunderstorms. The dark gray of the low clouds and sheets of rain form a curtain through which the farm is only a silhouette, contrasted by the green soybean field in the foreground.

A fresh rain squall can be seen moving in from the right side of the frame further obscuring the tree line.
