Product code: On sale Large Antique Chinese Export Blue & White Porcelain Teapot
A large, antique Chinese porcelain export blue and white teapot. The teapot is hand decorated with a rudimentary depiction of flowers and foliage growing from a rocky outcrop. The teapot is covered with a flat lid with splashed of blue glaze. It has two (replacement) bamboo handles. The teapot measures 7.5" (excluding bamboo handles) tall x 6" (8" including spout).
The pot is in good condition. The lid has a hairline to the on sale underside and a frit on the rim as pictured. The hairline does not appear on the top of the lid.
