Comes with two controllers and Assassin's Creed Black Flag & Unity pre-installed. There is light scratching on the reflective black top of console. Other than that, there is minimal wear and tear. Plays great and hasn't had on sale any issues in performance. This console was well taken care of and is just no longer being used.
