This set is handmade using 100% certified organic cotton. This set is made for toddlers ages 1-3 years. Included is a turtle neck cabled poncho with sleeve cuffs. The mittens and beanie also has a cabled texture. The fur pompom is attached to the hat with a metal snap fastener to easily remove before wash.
