Vintage Arrow Lighter Jan Steen on sale "The Quack" Copper Finish

on sale This vintage lighter is made by Arrow which was a Japanese company. The lighter is endowed with a work done by a Dutch artist Jan Steen entitled "the Quack" original circa believed to be in 1650s-60s. It depicts the life of the Dutch living in this time period. I'm having trouble finding an exact manufacturing date but similar style lighters I have seen dated in the 1960s. A very nice piece doesn't make a spark.
