Divit qalamdan calligraphy tool - Ottoman Turkish antique brass inkwell & quill / pen holder on sale - Collectable home office decor

From the last quarter of C 20th, Ottoman Turkish antique brass calligraphy tool called "divit" and also "qalamdan" consisting of two pieces; a thin and long piece to store/hold quill pen & an attached smal box to store/hold inkwell to be easily carried by travelling calligraphers.

* 20.5cm (8") in length - 5cm (2") in width - 3cm (1.1/8") in height

Leaves at the very end and some other motives along the 4 thin edges of the "divit" are engraved.

Solid and in very good condition for age with some wear of use. (see picts)
