Inspired by the statue called "Melancholy", by Albert György in Geneva, Switzerland, this is a MINI VERSION of our standard pendant/charm called GRIEF! This is grief. The hole in a grieving parent's heart (and body) lasts forever. We carry it with us always. John Maddox posted his powerful photo shown in photos #1, 9-10, with the following quote, "We may look as if we carry on with our lives as before. We may even have times of joy and happiness. Everything may seem “normal”. But THIS, “Emptiness” is how we all feel... all the time. God Bless those who have lost a child."

This NEW MINI VERSION (half the original size - see photo #7) of our original 3-D charm is an interpretation of the emotion that Albert Gyorgy expressed in his statue/sculpture. This is a "single" version made from 14kt gold-filled wire. The pendant comes on a gold-filled chain in your choice of length from 16 to 22 inches. This single mini charm can also be made in copper or sterling silver (see photo #1). All orders are made to order and will take 1-2 weeks.
