This is one of the rarest cards made on Ken Griffey Jr. in 1999. It is the 1999 Topps MVP promotion #100 and the stated print run was 100 copies. In my search I only found one for sale and it sold for over $400 and was graded PSA 9. This on sale card is not graded but is every bit as nice as the PSA 9 I saw. The odds of pulling any one of the 198 different players were 1 in 515 packs.
