The gorgeous blown art-glass onion vase is in excellent condition. The stunning coppery-brown against the white interior gives this vase a cloudy-smoked appearance. As the vase is turned, the brown, gold, and coppery tones mix beautifully together to make this a very unique art-glass collectible. The obvious pontil mark on the bottom looks very Blinko-like. While there does appear to be some type of mark (s) in the pontil area, it is not discernible enough to point to a specific maker. Also, the slightly leaning rim reveals that this particular piece is a custom/one-off vase that would virtually be impossible to duplicate. In addition to its rich tones and cloudy coppery-brown appearance, there are also some very subtle bubbles in the glass. In general, all of these gorgeous elements add to the overall charm of blown art-glass. In particular, these elements come together to make this vase a very unique and gorgeous glass collectible.

Please note that the ChapStick is not included in this listing as it was used for scale purposes only. Also, it is important to note that screen resolution and/or original lighting could cause the colors to appear lighter or darker than actual. However, the vase is coppery-brown and gold with near-black accents and a white interior.

According to references, a glass vase with a white interior is sometimes referred to as cased glass.

There are no breaks, cracks, chips, on sale or repair places on this gorgeous blown art-glass vase. There are some very subtle vintage wear, age, and/or rub places on the vase - mainly on the round footed base where it has come in contact with different surfaces. They are very hard to notice unless the vase is pulled up-close and inspected in the light - even then they are hard to find. The interior is so clean that it does not appear to have ever been used.

The decorative possibilities for this beautiful blown art-glass vase are many. The china cabinet or display curio would be enhanced by the addition of this stunning glass collectible. Also, the smaller size and onion shape of this vase allow it to work in many different areas throughout the home. ***Our Measurements for clothing are taken with the garment laying flat with closures fastened - zippers are zipped and buttons buttoned.
