This is a gently-used, unlicensed Masterpiece Jazz by 3rd Party company Maketoys. I'm the original owner and have transformed it back and forth a few times, then it was stored in the box, not displayed. Includes all accessories and instruction manual - photos on sale show exactly what is included. Figure is in great shape, only issue is that the box is somewhat bent on the front (see pic).
