Lovely round shaped solid wood lidded container with pedestal base. Vintage black walnut wood that is deep and rich in tone with rounded sides and inset porcupine quill detail. Lovely grain in the wood. This one is a real beauty. Likely made by hand. Older felt applied to bottom as shown. Lacquer finished. Very attractive.
