Apple Watch with charger. It has 16 gb version 94. Model MTV92LLA. My daughter gave me this due to the ekg and blood pressure readings and she did an upgrade. I replaced the on sale band a couple weeks ago. I am going back to my Fitbit. Learning Apple products at my age is a bit much. Nice used watch. Hopefully all the info is accurate.
