INSERT SIZING:
Square Pillows: We recommend using a pillow insert 2” LARGER than you Linen & James pillow cover. This will ensure a fitted/designer appearance to your pillows. (20x20 cover = 22x22 insert)

Lumbar Pillows: We recommend using the SAME SIZE pillow insert as your pillow cover. (14x20 cover = 14x20 insert)
