A beautiful and unique handmade estate find!! A bit of history to wear with your ensemble!
These are 1940s Walking Liberty Half Dollar Earrings with Jasper and silver bead dangles. The silver coins are domed on sale and polished with 3 holes drilled to accommodate the handmade dangles. The dangles are strung with brecciated jasper chips and silver beads with the center dangle also featuring a rhinestone adorned disc. These are post earrings with a large omega clip for comfort and security. One coin is a 1947 and the other is 1942 but the dates are a bit obscured by the drilled holes.
Would make a unique gift, especially for the numismatist (coin collector) in your life.
CONDITION: Excellent gently worn condition. The only thing I see to note is that the Omega Posts are mounted with adhesive that is not clear and can be seen just around the edge of the post. It does not show when worn and the structure is intact.
SIZE: coins are 1 1/8" - the longest dangle is approx. 1" for overall 2 1/8"
