Custom medical alert necklace, medical ID, sterling silver medical alert, medical identification, diabetic on sale jewelry, custom wording, med id

This necklace is made with 1" and 1/2" sterling silver discs hand stamped by myself with your choice of medical alert wording as space allows. For the example shown, the larger disc is stamped "T1 Diabetic" starting at the bottom of the disc and going up the right side. The smaller disc has a MA symbol stamped in the center. Added to your choice of sterling chain. Discs have been left smooth with no hammering.

Use the Options Pull Down Menu to select your chain preference. SS = sterling silver, RGF = rose gold filled, YGF = yellow gold filled

The larger 1" disc can hold 13 total characters with the lettering position as shown going up the right side.

The lettering will also be in all upper case letters as shown in the small standard font. Smaller disc will have only the MA symbol stamped in the center. If you have any questions about your wording or this design, on sale please contact me before purchase - I'm glad to help.
