This was bran new..but the tab on the filter basket broke ...I replaced it with a small screw...that's what I'm pointing at...works as should ..just that little tab on hinge when you shut the filter tray it securely closes...so your on sale getting a new unit except a small screw in place of the cheap plastic tab... no manual.
