Holidays pomegranates wreath is a gorgeous, lively, stoneware clay, red pomegranates bouquet.It was made with wheel thrown, red pomegranates of various sizes, lots of handbuilt, green leaves and white porcelain bead like flowers.It was made before 2001 by Koralia.
All these fruit and leaves and beads were fired with their wire stems.They were secured on a thick brass wire, hand made bouquet. It is completely unique and handmade.The pomegranates were glazed with a matte, red glaze, the green leaves with a faded green one.The porcelain bead flowers are unglazed.
Most of the red pomegranates were also painted with real, ceramic gold and were fired a third time for the gold to settle.This is real, 22k gold.
The pomegranates are tied in a bouquet with lots of green leaves all around them in long wire stems.There are four pomegranates in all, a bigger one, like a life size pomegranates and three smaller, like miniature pomegranates.So very cute!
There are a few, green organza ribbons tied on the bouquet for an extra, festive touch.

The style is shabby, rustic, Greek folk art.The pomegranates are really special, closing in rather than opening out.The form and shapes are much lovelier like that.This is a sensational, festive, Christmasy, pomegranate bouquet, which you will want to keep in display the whole year round.

This holidays pomegranate wreath is sensational, but a bit fragile for the front door, or any door.And quite heavy too.
It would be best suited as a centerpiece for the table, coffe table, dresser, mantle, etc.Any level surface.It can go on on sale the wall too.I have twisted a piece of wire at the back and made a secure, wire hoop.
It really looks lovely on the wall too.It is a beautiful, unique, ceramic piece and you will want to keep it there the whole year round.
